Island-building enthusiasts will find a familiar itch scratched reminiscent of Animal Crossing: New Horizons .

Momento isn’t just an unpacking game – we have the ultimate Unpacking cozy game for that; it’s a cozy room decorator with a twist. Your choices in furniture arrangement and keepsake selection directly shape your character’s life, creating a fascinating journey into diverse outcomes.

3. Bandle Tale: A League of Legends Story

Get ready for an adorable adventure with Bandle Tale, set in the League of Legends universe. Follow Yordel, an endearing creature from Bandle City, where the inhabitants are oddly obsessed with knitting. It’s a magical, cozy game with a talking sock - need I say more?

4. Moonstone Island

Raw Fury brings indie magic to the Nintendo Switch with Moonstone Island. This slice-of-life game offers Pokémon-esque spirits, cards, farming, and 100 diverse islands to explore, all wrapped up in pixelated visual delight. It’s been around on PC already, but it’s finally coming to Nintendo Switch as well.

5. Europa

Europa immerses you in an enchanting, exploration-driven adventure with visuals reminiscent of Ghibli Studio’s artistry. Set on Jupiter’s moon, this game promises a lush terraformed haven filled with secrets and discoveries.

6. Fields of Mistria

Enter Fields of Mistria, where Sailor Moon meets farming sim in what seems to be a sweet mix of cute pixel art animals, crops, and townsfolk. With Toby Fox’s magical music accompanying your journey, this game is a promising addition to the cozy genre.

Not only do you get to mix them some potent drinks, but you’ll also be able to piece together quests for them to take on.

Baladins brings classic tabletop roleplaying vibes to a cozy adventure. Whether you’re a single-player or multiplayer enthusiast, explore a whimsical world and enjoy approachable roleplaying sessions.

11. Tiny Glade

For building sim lovers, Tiny Glade is a casual, pressure-free sandbox builder with aesthetically pleasing and smooth building mechanics. Explore the medieval world and turn forgotten meadows into lovable dioramas. Not going to lie, this is probably my favorite from the list. Aside from being set in my ideal world, I think it[‘ll also make an amazing unintentional tool for DnD campaigns.

12. Pixelshire

Pixelshire adds a unique twist to pixel art farming sims with its terraforming features. Say goodbye to limited mobility and explore a cozy town-building experience. My only hang-up about this game is that I hope it won’t just be another Stardew Valley copycat, but adds something of its own flavor to the mix as well.

13. Magical Delicacy

Magical Delicacy caters to coven witches, offering a magical sim with a focus on cooking and potion brewing. Set up shop, fulfill requests, and rise to the top, leaving opposing covens in the dust. I really like the way this game looks, and genuinely hope the playable result is true to what’s been released so far in previews.
